Perthro - By Chance

Perthro spoke to me of being a cauldron. There was a heady mix of smoke and pieces, and of bone dice being thrown by the fates to see if this time the recipe will be a success. Or a perceived success. We are using our knowledge that we have so far and applying it to a situation. We don't have certainty of the outcome. And so we stand on a threshold. When we take the chance and make the move - we are given further wisdom brought about by the experiment's outcome. Like when we create a life, with a baby. All the elements of the two partners is up for grabs to merge and combine to bring forth a whole new human. We know the wholeness of one person, and the wholeness of the other. But when the merging of a random half of one whole and the random half of the other combine, we do not know for sure what the outcome will be of the newly entwined DNA. What will the hair colour be? Well one is blonde and the other is dark - based on odds it's most likely the child will be dark. However, there may be a recessive blonde gene in the parent and it brings an outcome of blonde for the child. So as sure as we may be of something and take that roll of the dice, we will not fully understand, comprehend, learn and know, until the process has been gone thru and the product is fully realised. The gamble is calculated, the result is experiential.
